In January of 2023 we began the installation of our newest commercial garden system at the Lincoln Centre Park property. Located in Dallas Texas, the large property is managed by Cushman & Wakefield plc global commercial real estate services firm. Their on site management team hire us to contribute to their sustainability program by building out a food garden that all the tenants onsite would have access to. They are leveraging the garden to support the Fitwel certification and risk mitigation program that allows commercial properties to become certified sustainable properties. This is a valuable tool for commercial property management companies as they move into a new era of leasing competitiveness and “returning to work campaigns”. We are happy to be part of the promotion of food gardens and to exposure as many people as possible to healthy outdoor activities. We started with the installation and will plant in March 2023 as well as maintain the gardens weekly. Included in our services, we host gardening workshops every few months for anyone on the commercial campus to attend for free.
